LOVE THY NATURE MINDFULNESS RETREAT – SEPTEMBER 2018


An executive women only retreat in the midst of calming and beautiful nature in South Lantau, Hong Kong, where you will explore your self, your mind and reconnect with who you are capable of being, the possibilities open to you that you had forgotten you had.

What energizes you, what excites you, what delights you? What gives you meaning? Come and explore these questions for yourself in a unique and special location in the hills in South Lantau surrounded by green and space.

During these two days, you will be inspired to play, to reflect, to laugh and feel the full spectrum of your emotions to feel fully alive.

You will leave this retreat feeling grounded, optimistic, refreshed, calm, self confident and self compassionate or so our past participants have shared.

DATE: 15th September, 7.30 am to 16th September, 7.20 pm (2018)

Investment: HK$5,900 which includes: Transport from and to Ferry Pier Mui Wo, single room lodging (if you are coming with a friend and want to share, 15% discount for each), all meals until tea time Sunday 16th 5 pm, all retreat activities

Terms & Cancellations: Cancellation before 3 weeks of start of retreat, 75% refund; Should you cancel within 3 weeks before the retreat, no refund.

This retreat is an alcohol-free retreat.

Day 1:

8.10 am Pick up in Ferry Pier in Mui Wo, South Lantau (Ferry from Central at 7.40 am)

9.00 am Hike trail to take us to location (20 minutes hike to location)

9.30 am Check in

10.15 - 11.00 am Introductions and retreat agreements

11.00 - 12.00 am Yoga

12.00 - 12.45 pm Mindfulness practice

12.45 - 13.45 pm Healthy lunch

13.45 - 15.00 pm Mindful walking and free nature healing silent time

15.00 - 18.00 pm Retreat Activities

18.00 – 18.45 pm Free time for journaling and walking in nature

18.45 - 19.45 pm Healthy dinner

19.45 - 20.45 pm Dancing to Express self

20.45 - 22.00 pm Fire side talk sharing and asking questions, and finishing with body scan meditation

22.00 pm Good night; Relaxing with music and journaling
