Retreat Outline and Benefits

In the morning, you will be inspired to explore and express yourself with lightness and laughter through creative exploration and improvisation, which will lead to:

  • Greater self awareness and understanding
  • Empathy and bonding

In the afternoon, we will explore mindfulness and self-compassion practices and tools to:

  • Enhance self-confidence and reduce stress
  • Complement the insight and awareness from the morning session.
